Hon. President – Sundar Sanskar and Swadhyay Mandal
Dr Varsha Deokar (or Varsha tai as she is fondly called) is current president of Sundar Sanskar and Swadhyay Mandal. Varshatai is disciple of Sadguru PP Dr Shri S. G. Deshpande, who is blessed by Guadi Samparadya. Varshatai realized that Education was the single most important factor that could bring about a change in the lower strata of society. With this goal in mind she is developing Sundar Sanskar and Swadhyay mandal activities. She believes that spirituality develops mental, physical state of individual by which society will be benefited.
She devoted her life for the development and progress of Sundar Sanskar and Swadhyay Mandal. Under her leadership only Sundar Sanskar and Sawadhyay mandal is developed to current stage. The activities like Eithical school teaching, Brahamopasana begins real development in society.
Varshatai herself has gained a Doctarate from Pune University in “Sant Eknath Vishayprakashit Grantha Vagmay Samalochan in 2006. Her published booked ” Aapli Shakti Apala Vikas” has sold more than 1K copies in Maharashtra. She is also working as Chief Editior Avalokan Traimasik in which subjects like Veda, Upanishada, Geeta, are explained in very easy and scinetific manners. She also delivers lecture on Mantrashastra, JapShastra, Dyaneshwari, Shrimadbhagavat, Shrimad Ramayan, Adya Shankaracharya stotranjali etc.
Vice President
Shri Avinash Mujmdar joined trust in 2007. He is responsible for developing and nurturing partnerships and acts as an ambassador for Sundar Sanskar and Swadhyay Mandal to its external partners. He is focusing on financing part of trust. By profession he is a Charted Accountant and doing private practice from 1977 in Pune region. He hold president ship for Income tax, sales tax practitioner association, Pune during 1998-99. He is a founder member for Shri Sharada Sahakari Bank Ltd , Pune and holds Chairmanship from 2005-06.
Secretary
Shreehari Modak joined trust in 2003 as a member of working team. Today he is holding secretary position in trust board and is responsible for legal and commercial matters of organisation. Also works for trusts CSR activity in education.

Amit Laghate joined trust in 2003 as a member of working team and was working as a Secretary till 2013. Today he is holding associate project director for “ Upanishada Prakalapa”. He is also working adviser committee member for boards and also support trusts activity by participating in it. He works closely with CSR projects team for execution.

Anagha Laghate joined trust in 2003 as a member of working team. She is mainly coordinating and arranging events and group events like sanskar varga, shibirs and manage all public events for Sundar Sanskar and Swadhya Manda. She is also working in adviser committee member for boards and also support trusts activity by participating in it. She works closely with CSR projects team for execution.

Neeta Kelkar joined trust activities in 2008 as a member of working team. Her main focus is on child psychology and counselling. By education she carries MA degree in Psychology. She is controlling “Shala Prakalpa” and conducting/arranging workshops in schools. The activities of “Balsanskar Varga” “Palvi Bal Sanskar Varga” for Sanstha.

Dr Kumud Gosavi joined trust in 2013 as member and holding chair position for “ Sahitya Sanshodhan Prakalpa”. Under her guidance 12 students are doing research project at Sanstha. She regularly guide students in Sahitya Sanshodhan Prakalpa. By profession she was retired teachers from Aurangabad. She owns various recordable awards for her work which includes Adarasha Shikshak, Sant Eknath pruraskar etc . She is also well know writer and her more than 25 books on various subjects are published. She also presented lectures, rupakm, nabhonatya, on radio and also at doordarshan.

Aparna Sathe joined trust activities in 2008 and hold a member chair from 2013. She is “Karyakari Sampadak” of Avalokan Trimasik. She also support other activities like Shala Prakalpa, Brahamopasana Varga. She is also doing research at “ Sahitya Sanshodhan Prakalpa.”

Mrs. Akshaya Girish Joshi M. Sc., B. Ed., Advance Computer Diploma, 4 years MIS Experience in Semi-Govt. Sector & in NGO working in Pune & Sindhudurg,, 5 years experince as Furnishing Designer( in Local ,Pune, All over Maharashtra, Hyderabad, Delhi & International site in Kenya), 10 years experience in Private Coaching (Academic), Recently working for an NGO in Pune as a Graphic Designer & in Digital Media since April 2021.

BIPIN VASANT KARNIK, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management, has an enriched experience of forty-five years working for multinational companies in the TIC (Testing, Inspection & Certification) industry, of which twenty-five years have been based out of Singapore, managing the South East Asia Pacific region, covering more than fifteen countries; including setting up of and leading two multinational TIC sector companies in Singapore.
His domain has been the TIC services in the Natural Resources sector covering Agricultural products. Apart from the regular trade related TIC services, his expertise extends to the Innovative Service design in a varied range of services including Full Outturn Guarantee/Marine Coverage, Risk Minimization Services, End to End Comprehensive Control Services, Warehousing Solutions and Collateral Management.
He has willingly shared his extensive experience, gained through the years, by drafting SOPs for different Agricultural products and related services, as well as by conducting Training sessions for Survey operations in various locations across the globe.
